Simply Better Thai is a mom and pop Thai restaurant and seafood market that is owned and operated by Jason and Chiraphon (Oy) Brockus.

Chiraphon has been in the restaurant business her whole life and owned a restaurant in Krabi, Thailand.  Jason is a semi-retired Army veteran that owns a seafood company.  The two met at Oy’s restaurant in Thailand where Jason passed through often when fishing in Thailand.

Simply Better Thai carries all of your traditional favorites and a variety of authentic Thai seafood dishes available for dine-in, carry out and delivery.  Inside the restaurant you will find a full service seafood market with a variety of products from North Carolina, Alaska and beyond.  Simply Better Thai also carries packaged products like our soups, spring rolls and other menu items for you to cook at home or work, all packaged in 100% bio-compostable sugarcane packaging from Go Green Plastics, ready for your microwave or oven.

There is no steam table or heat lamp at Simply Better Thai, each order is cooked fresh using only the freshest ingredients. As a veteran owned restaurant serving the military community, Simply Better Thai sources all of its produce, meat and poultry from local veteran producers, most of which produce specifically for us using organic/sustainable methods and naturally reared heritage breed free range animals.  We are proud to support the community we serve and provide grants to help growers get started in addition to providing a market for their products.  This allows us to serve you great tasting food with the best ingredients at an affordable price.
